Brussels’ most romantic café
Opened in 1969, the Goupil le Fol reflects the glamorous and bohemian times of the 50s. This colorful café is located at the rue de la Viollete, very close of the Grand Place. The interior and its charming look captivate its guests, often lovers, looking for a romantic ambience. Chilling in confortable couches you appreciate a nice and intimate moment. A juke box plays songs of Edith Piaf, Jacques Brel, Charles Trenet and other French singers of the fifties. Walls are capped with poems, paintings, portraits and LP’ covers. At the Goupil le Fol you do not drink beers, but fruity wines and alcohol free
cocktails. The bar opens at 4pm and stays open until the early hours! It is a must go place if you plan an amorous trip with your companion in Brussels..
